not bad, the main 'orb' looks pretty cool, but the rest looks very cluttered and messy. Wor on the neatness, make the curves cleaner and more 'curvy', make the smaller pentool layers enhance eachother more. And add some kind of background next time also.
If you're gonna keep up with this style (which i wouldn't do if i were you, it's just soo whored,but if you are, try to find your own style sooner or later), check out dyst, he's quite epic; http://strangeprogram.deviantart.com/
